We cannot accept returns on opened honey  or used hive products. If you should have a problem with any of our products please reach out to us so that we can help resove as soon as possible,

Honey is made by the bees, we can only control the harvest to an extent. We triple seive our honey to allow pollen and natural goodness in and wax and propolis particulate out.  We do our best to remove foreign debris but it is possible to find fine particles of pollen, propolis or wax in natural honey. These add natural antibacterial and antimicrobial properties to the product and are beneficial not harmful.

We can ship to the contiguous USA. We cannot guarantee some hive products will arrive intact in high heat conditions. We beg forgiveness if things should go wrong during shipping and ask that you let us know if there is a problem so we can resolve as soon as possbible.
