Deez Whipped Honey

Whipped honey made with 100% pure raw honey. This honey was prepared using the Dyce method. Warmed, cooled, whipped for several weeks, then chilled for about 3 months. Its a labor intensive process to create 75 jars at a time. It's small batch Delicious and a shelf stable solid that can be left on the kitchen counter or pantry indefinitely.

Honey is made by the bees, we can only control the harvest to an extent. We triple seive our honey to allow pollen and natural goodness in and wax and propolis particulate out.  We do our best to remove foreign debris but it is possible to find fine particles of pollen, propolis or wax in natural honey. These add natural antibacterial and antimicrobial properties to the product and are beneficial not harmful.

We can ship honey products. Whipped honey can melt and re-liquify in summer heat and high temps. We cannot account for the weather and or guarantee consistency of whipped honey once shipped. If placed in a cool location at 55 degrees, product should recrystalize as all natural honey will eventually.
