REFUND POLICY

 

​We cannot accept returns on opened honey or used hive products. If you should have a problem with any of our products, please reach out to us so that we can help resolve as soon as possible. Honey is made by the bees, we can only control the harvest to an extent. We triple sieve our honey to allow pollen and natural goodness in and wax and propolis particulate out.  We do our best to remove foreign debris, but it is possible to find fine particles of pollen, propolis or wax in natural honey. These add natural antibacterial and antimicrobial properties to the product and are beneficial not harmful.​
