Beginner Cold Process Soap Making Class

Class Description

In this beginner-friendly class, you'll learn how to make a simple batch of cold process soap using natural oils and lye. We'll cover: Lye safety and proper handling How to choose oils for your recipe My favorite tips for keeping the process simple and successful You'll create your own small batch of soap, choosing from a variety of fragrances and essential oils available in my studio. Along the way, we'll discuss the "how" and "why" behind each step so you'll leave with the confidence to make soap at home. Your batch will produce approximately 3–4 bars of soap. Because cold process soap needs time to cure, you'll be able to pick up your soap a few days later, or I can mail it to you if you're traveling from farther away.
